When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will repair the defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer is entitled to a full refund once the product is returned to us immediately. We will pay for the shipping of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer is responsible for returning the product to us.
