Delivery Time
We usually work with DHL to ship your products, but depending on the package weight this may vary
We will arrange your shipment once your order has been placed. Delivery times may vary depending on whether the item is in stock. If you have urgent requests, please contact us.
Would you like to pick up your product without shipping costs? Then you can collect your products day and night from our warehouse via loading bay - Klinkaardstraat 210 Unit C001, Kapellen 2050, Belgium.

Delivery Costs
Free shipping in Belgium from €250 if your product weighs less than 30 kg
If your product weighs more than 30 kg, the shipping costs are €40
If your product weighs less than 30 kg, the shipping costs are €16
A pallet weighing up to 400 kg costs €100
For Dutch
If your product weighs more than 30 kg, the shipping costs are €50
If your product weighs less than 30 kg, the shipping costs are €20
A pallet weighing up to 400 kg costs €145

Tip: do you run a company in (for example) Dutch and do you buy a product in our webshop? Then, as a foreign company, you can defer VAT if you have a VAT number that is suitable for deductible VAT on purchases within the EU.
Exchanges & Returns
BeTechSmart does its best to show you all products on the website as best as possible with photos and to explain them with detailed descriptions. Every order we receive is then processed and shipped with great care. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, we offer the option to exchange or return the purchased product.
You may cancel an order up to 14 days after receipt. Without stating a reason. Legally this period is 14 days.
After this you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount, including shipping costs. You only pay the costs for returning from home to the online store.
Are you exercising your right of withdrawal? You must then return the product with all supplied accessories - if reasonably possible in the original condition and packaging - to BeTechSmart. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@betechsmart.be. To do this, first complete the form below. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

The following applies with regard to the amount to be credited. The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with reimbursement until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
